The Best Naturist Beaches Spain Has To Offer
One of the great attractions of the Costa Tropical, apart from the climate, is the great selection of nearby naturist beaches. Spain has no laws against naturism or going naked which is why it is so popular here.
Cantarriján naturist beach is situated just a short distance from Eagle Peak. Access is via a fairly steep path although it can be reached by walking along the seashore. The two bays are protected by cliffs and the sea is crystal clear. Here you will find the beaches have sunshades, sunbeds, showers and a couple of restaurants. The first beach is definitely clothing optional with the second being mostly naturist.
Playa el Muerto is also close by and is a beautiful shingle and sandy cove to the west of Eagle Peak although this is officially naturist, in the summer and at weekends you’ll sometimes find as many textiles as naturists. Play el Muerto is just along from Cotobro beach and can be accessed by a short walk around the headland. You can see this beach from Eagle Peak.
